These Terms and Conditions form your participation and constitute a legally binding agreement between you (webmaster, affiliate, partner) and the FetishAssets.com affiliate program (this program, we, company, us).

Program Eligibility

• You must be at least eighteen (18) to participate in the program or of the age of majority if you are in a jurisdiction where that age is over eighteen (18).

• Your site(s) and promotion methods will be monitored and may not use or incorporate text, images, video content or any content that is unlawful or otherwise similarly objectionable.

• Your site(s) and promotion methods may not facilitate, directly or indirectly, any form of illegal activity or theft of intellectual property and copyrights.

• The webmaster (You) will be responsible for reading and understanding these terms and conditions and you understand that a failure to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth will result in your account being closed and all monies owed to you forfeited.

• As part of our webmaster referral program, the webmaster may not refer anybody from within his/her own organization or family. The webmaster may not refer anybody that is already enrolled into any of our programs.

• FetishAssets in our sole discretion and at anytime may terminate your participation in our cash programs if we feel that you have broken the Terms & Conditions.

Program Share

• Program share refers to the percentage we award to the top affiliates based on the dollar ($) total in sales they have referred.

• Percentage shares are awarded to affiliates every eighteen (18) months and shares are valid for a period of eighteen (18) months.

• Shares in FetishAssets entitle the eligible affiliate to a percentage of net profit generated from all of our cash programs.

• Percentages are divided amongst the top 5 affiliates as follows:

• Fifteen (15) % of net profits
• Ten (10) % of net profits
• Nine (9) % of net profits
• Eight (8) % of net profits
• Seven (7) % of net profits

• Program Share webmasters must send at least one hundred and fifty (150) new joins each pay period to be eligible to cash out their percentage of Program Share for that period. Excluding any trials that may or may not be running. New joins refers to full memberships or trial to full subscriptions.

Use of Content

• All pictures and movies provided by FetishAssets.com are owned and copyrighted by FetishAssets.com.

• FetishAssets.com pictures and movies are only to be used for promotion of the FetishAssets.com websites. Using the pictures, movies or text content for anything else is a copyright infringement, prohibited under these Terms and Conditions and by International copyright law. Webmasters will be fully responsible for any infringement of our content and will have their webmaster accounts closed, monies forfeited and pursued for legal prosecution.

Payment & Commissions

• Payments are calculated every two (2) weeks and distributed to webmasters within seven (7) days of the payment period ending.

• Webmasters are responsible for making sure their payment information is correct as we will not be responsible for any additional fees that arise due to correction of these matters.

• Payments are made to webmasters via bank wire transfer.

• All wire transfers cost forty two ($42) dollars and will be deducted from the webmasters payout.

• Webmaster will receive sixty (60%) percent of the net profit of all sales and rebills.

• Webmaster will get five (5%) percent for referring another webmaster to FetishAssets cash programs for as long as they are not already enrolled into any of FetishAssets cash programs already. Webmasters cannot refer anybody from their own family or organization.

• Minimum webmaster commission payment is one hundred ($100) dollars. If webmaster fails to meet minimum payment, that amount will be carried over to the next period and sent to the webmaster as soon as minimum payment is reached.

Bulk Email Policy

• Promotion of our websites via Bulk Mail is permitted, however your promotion must adhere to LOCAL STATE LAWS, FEDERAL LAWS, AND ARE CAN SPAM COMPLIANT.  You must familiarize yourself with the guideline of ISP policies, any violation of one or all of these laws or guidelines are a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions.  Your money will be held should you not comply and your account terminated for violation of our Terms and Conditions agreement herein.

Disclaimer

• There are no warranties in our representations with respect to a webmaster or the affiliate program.  Including but not limited to; error-free performance, infringement, trade, technical dysfunction should it result in downtime or other inconveniences.

• In the event of termination of this agreement webmasters will cease to use all content, banners, graphics and logos on their sites as all promotional tools are held under our copyright. In the event that a webmaster’s account is closed for any of the reasons included in these Terms & Conditions the webmaster will cease to receive payments from FetishAssets.com

• FetishAssets.com reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at anytime. Webmaster agrees that it is their responsibility to keep themselves updated of any possible changes by checking back often.

Identification

• By signing up and joining any of the FetishAssets cash programs you agree that under no circumstances will you hold FetishAssets or any of it’s representatives, directors, employees or stakeholders liable for any special, direct or consequential damages.

Free Hosting Policy

• Webmaster agrees that free hosting is to be used in the exclusive promotion of FetishAssets cash programs.

• Webmaster understands that free hosting accounts will be monitored and any failure to adhere to the Terms & Conditions will result in their account being closed and all monies and entitlements revoked.

• Webmaster agrees that he/she will not use the free hosting account for anything that breaks any of the Terms & Conditions.

• Webmaster understands that FetishAssets may at its sole discretion choose to withhold free hosting at anytime.
